Ventilation and cooling system
COOLING SYSTEMS AND VENTILATION ARE GROWING IN IMPORTANCE, PROVIDING THE ANIMAL WITH A COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT ALL YEAR LONG WITHOUT COMPROMISING MILK PRODUCTION, OR INCURRING WEIGHT LOSS OR OTHER PHYSICAL PROBLEMS.
BY CAREFULLY ASSESSING THE TYPE OF FARMING, BUILDING AND POSITION, NEW TECHNOLOGIES CAN BE EXPLOITED TO DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE SYSTEMS THAT WILL PROVIDE STABLE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY.
The round fans are ideal on the supply path with the aim to quickly dry wet cows because they push an air cone, "hairdryer" type, directed on the animals.
The net/net round fans are installed in areas of litter or rest. They are generally quieter than round ones, push the air to the fan, but for the belt driver, and are less effective at certain temperatures.
The net/damper fans are suitable for closed stables, milking parlors, rooms enclosed by walls. They work on the suction and push the air outside. The destratifier ensures a homogeneous distribution of the air on all the rest areas, offering said feeling of a very welcome breeze to veal, air exchange and removal of insects from the stable. Quiet and effective, in the case of showers, it continues drying the resting animal and prolonging the time of wellness and preventing heat stress.
The cooling of the cows is carried out by showers applied to the racks. The water drop is "heavy" type because it has to overpass the barrier of the hair and act on the skin of the animal in order to lower the internal temperature of its body.
Managing water and air, in the quantities and delivery times, is optimized by our units through electronic "THI" system that detects the temperature and the relative humidity inside the stable; In this way, it is calculated the average between the two surveys and are measured out the air and the water according to the temperatures perceived by animals, thus directing efforts to keep the herd alien to heat stress and improving fertility and production.
